· Varied ‘departure points’ – physical and imaginative from which to discover human activities and scenarios and expand into your human from the animal
· Exploring Text and/or solo character situations alongside fellow actors and performers who ‘speak’ this same language of Transformation .
Who is it for: This is a ‘Level 2’ workshop and is ONLY open to participants who have EITHER previously trained in Transformation** in an actor/dancer training setting, OR who have previously completed at least one weekend 'Working in Animal' Workshop. It’s for actors, performers, makers, writers, dancers, artists. All bodies are good bodies. (**with Gabrielle Moleta, Catherine Clouzot, Birgit Nordby or Timothy Dodd.)
If you have worked with me before and want a chance to dive back into an animal you know and sharpen your instincts and ability for character creation this is a perfect return for you.
You will need to have returned to an animal you have worked in in advance of the workshop, as well as to bring some material/text you know, or a solo character you are exploring.
